Regrets.

As what the Wikipedia said , regret is a negative conscious and emotional reaction to personal past acts and behaviors. Regret is often expressed by the term "sorry." 
Regret is often felt when someone feels sadness,shameembarrassmentdepressionannoyance or guilt after committing an action or actions that the person later wishes that s/he had not done or having not committed an action or actions that the person later wishes that s/he had done. 
Regret is distinct from guilt, which is a deeply emotional form of regret — one which may be difficult to comprehend in an objective or conceptual way. In this regard, the concept of regret is subordinate to guilt in terms of its emotional intensity. 


Regret can describe not only the dislike for an action that has been committed, but also, importantly, regret of inaction. Many people find themselves wishing that they had done something in a past situation.

I REALLY DON'T HAVE REGRETS IN LIFE, ITS BECAUSE I'M STILL YOUNG AND I'M FOCUSING MYSELF ON WHAT IS IN THE PRESENT AND PREPARING MYSELF TO FUTURE.

 FOR ME, REGRETS COULD DO NOTHING IN YOUR LIFE, ITS JUST A REMINDER OF THE THINGS WE SHOULD HAVE DONE.
 IT REMINDS YOU OF THE PAINFUL HAPPENINGS IN PAST, THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE MAKE IT RIGHT. IT JUST CAUSING YOU HEADACHE AND PAIN AGAIN.

THAT'S WHY FOR ME, IF YOU HAVE REGRETS, MOVE ON ! AND GROW! DON'T GIVE YOURSELF TOO MUCH GUILT.
IT HAPPENS FOR A REASON, THOSE PAINFUL THINGS HAPPENED? IT  BUILDS UP YOUR CHARACTER, AND MAKE YOU AS A STRONG PERSON!

IT MAY BE HARD, BUT  YOU SHOULD ACCEPT IT. NO REGRETS, JUST THE FACT THAT IT REALLY HAPPEN.
